Why 1NDYGO AI created 1NTEGRA
1NTEGRA was created by 1NDYGO AI, founded by Indea Leary, in response to a clear sector need. With over 20 years of experience in service coordination and assessment across both aged care and the NDIS sector, Indea witnessed firsthand the daily challenges faced by providers. Meaningful, human work was constantly weighed down by disconnected systems, duplicated administration, and ever-increasing compliance pressures.
After facing redundancy from her assessment role, Indea embarked on a career change, diving deep into AI automation. It quickly became clear how these powerful tools could have transformed her previous work, making complex processes simpler and more efficient. This realization ignited a new mission: to build products that genuinely support the sector she had dedicated so many years to, addressing the very frustrations that often left professionals feeling unrewarded.
Across the NDIS sector, teams are expected to manage compliance, rostering, worker checks, incidents, evidence, documentation, billing, reporting and service quality - often across spreadsheets, manual processes and tools that do not speak to each other.
1NDYGO AI built 1NTEGRA to give providers a single operating system that helps them stay organised, audit-ready and confident, while freeing their people to focus on safer, more human-centred care.
